You will own delivery of Raajeh’s flagship service: taking organisations from “we have AI projects” to a certifiable, audit-ready AI management system. This is hands-on implementation work, not advisory commentary — you will write the policies, build the risk register, and sit with the client through the audit.
What you will do
- Run gap assessments against the full ISO/IEC 42001 clause structure and Annex A controls
- Design bespoke AI management systems — policy set, risk register, roles, accountability structures
- Produce audit-ready documentation packs, using and improving our implementation toolkit
- Prepare client teams for internal audit and third-party certification
- Transfer capability — train client staff to operate the framework after certification, rather than creating dependency
- Provide continuing governance advisory once certification is achieved
Essential
- Demonstrable ISO management-system implementation experience — 42001, or 27001/9001 with genuine AI exposure
- ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification, or readiness to certify within three months of joining
- You have taken at least one organisation through a successful certification audit
- Professional English
Strong advantage
- Arabic at professional working level — most client-facing work is in Arabic
- Prior ISMS 27001 to AIMS 42001 transition work
- Regulated-sector experience: financial services, healthcare, energy, government
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and its extraterritorial reach on Gulf firms
- GCC delivery experience
How we work
Engagements are led by a principal with direct client ownership — no pyramid, no leverage model, no junior team writing the deliverable. You will be in the room with the client from scoping to handover, and your name will be on the work.
We do not sponsor visas at this stage. Candidates should hold the right to work in their base country.
