Raajeh was founded to do three things properly rather than a dozen things adequately. That decision shapes everything else: which engagements are accepted, how they are staffed, and what the firm declines.
Engagements are led personally, with direct client ownership from scoping through handover. There is no pyramid and no leverage model — the person in the room with the ministry is the person who wrote the deliverable.
