Privacy notice

What we collect

This site collects personal data in exactly two places. Nowhere else on the site collects anything about you.

• Job applications — your name, email, phone (optional), country of residence, professional profile link (optional), years of experience, your written answer, and the CV and any writing sample you attach.
• The AI readiness assessment — your organisation, name, role, sector and email, together with the scores your answers produced. Your answers themselves stay in your browser and are never transmitted unless you request the detailed report.

What we do not do

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies are set by this site. There is no tracking to opt out of because there is none.

Why we collect it

Applications are processed to assess you for the role you applied to. Assessment details are used to prepare your report and to contact you about the result — which you consent to explicitly before anything is sent. Your data is not used for anything else and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Technical data

When you submit either form we record your IP address and the time of submission. This is used solely to rate-limit abuse of the forms, and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Job applications and attached CVs: twelve months from submission, then deleted. Assessment records: twenty-four months, then deleted. Rate-limiting records: one hour.

Where it is stored

On the server hosting this website. Uploaded files are stored outside the publicly accessible area of the server and are not reachable by URL. Access is limited to Raajeh Consulting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@raajeh.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect an application in progress.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. We will not apply a change retrospectively to data already collected under an earlier version.
