A standing call for specialists who want project-bound work rather than a role. We keep a vetted bench and bring people in per engagement — low commitment for you, and it lets Raajeh answer a tender with credible depth on short notice.
What you will do
- ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001 lead auditors
- AI risk and impact assessment specialists
- Bilingual policy writers and editors (Arabic/English) — consistently the hardest capacity to find
- Sector specialists: health, financial services, energy, education, smart cities
- Training and facilitation specialists for executive and board-level programmes
- Arabic technical translators with a standards or legal background
Essential
- Demonstrable specialist depth in one of the areas above
- Availability for project-bound engagements at short notice
- Professional English or Arabic; both preferred
Strong advantage
- Prior consulting or advisory delivery experience
- Regional experience across the GCC or wider MENA
How we work
Engagements are led by a principal with direct client ownership — no pyramid, no leverage model, no junior team writing the deliverable. You will be in the room with the client from scoping to handover, and your name will be on the work.
We do not sponsor visas at this stage. Candidates should hold the right to work in their base country.
Raajeh assesses applicants on capability and evidence alone. We welcome applications regardless of nationality, gender, age, religion or disability, and will make reasonable adjustments to the selection process on request.
