This is the executive role, and it is not primarily a delivery role. You bring the relationships and the credibility that open ministry and regulator doors across the GCC, and you convert them into signed engagements. Raajeh brings the method and the delivery capability behind you.
What you will do
- Originate engagements with ministries, regulators and regulated enterprises across the GCC
- Hold relationships at director, undersecretary and board level
- Shape and scope opportunities; lead proposals and public tender responses
- Act as engagement sponsor, with delivery led by the principal consultants
- Represent Raajeh at regional forums, standards bodies and policy convenings
Essential
- An established senior network in GCC government or regulated industry — this is the role’s core asset
- Demonstrable record of originating substantial advisory engagements
- Working knowledge of Gulf public procurement and tendering practice
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Based in the GCC, or able to work from it regularly
Strong advantage
- Prior partner or director role in a consulting firm
- Experience on sovereign or ministry-level programmes
- Existing relationships with national AI, data or digital authorities
How we work
Engagements are led by a principal with direct client ownership — no pyramid, no leverage model, no junior team writing the deliverable. You will be in the room with the client from scoping to handover, and your name will be on the work.
We do not sponsor visas at this stage. Candidates should hold the right to work in their base country.
Raajeh assesses applicants on capability and evidence alone. We welcome applications regardless of nationality, gender, age, religion or disability, and will make reasonable adjustments to the selection process on request.
