What you will do
- Analyse a client’s existing national or institutional AI strategy for its operational implications
- Build department-level implementation plans: prioritised use cases, resourcing, sequencing, milestones
- Define measurable KPIs tied directly to declared national or institutional targets
- Allocate clear ownership and accountability across teams
- Produce executive briefing material that secures budget and sponsorship
- Run the quarterly milestone review that keeps delivery pace from decaying
Essential
- Five or more years in transformation delivery, PMO, or management consulting
- A track record turning strategy documents into funded, resourced, tracked delivery plans
- Genuine KPI and benefits-realisation discipline — not milestone theatre
- Professional English
Strong advantage
- Arabic at professional working level
- Public sector or government transformation delivery
- Familiarity with AI and data use-case prioritisation and feasibility screening
- PMP, MSP, P3O or equivalent
How we work
Engagements are led by a principal with direct client ownership — no pyramid, no leverage model, no junior team writing the deliverable. You will be in the room with the client from scoping to handover, and your name will be on the work.
We do not sponsor visas at this stage. Candidates should hold the right to work in their base country.
